Peel Regional Police Fraud Bureau

Our objective is to reduce Fraud Related Crime within the Region of Peel.
Crime Prevention and education aimed at private citizens, commercial industry and financial institutions.

The Fraud Bureau is responsible for criminal investigations in the following categories:

  1. Fraud;
  2. False Pretences;
  3. Counterfeit currency;
  4. Counterfeit credit cards;
  5. Fraudulent use of credit cards;
  6. Forgery (excluding forged prescriptions); and
  7. All internet and computer based occurrences where the victim/complainant have been defrauded, or there has been an attempt to defraud.
